Step 3 – Define the Consumer Persona
Defining a consumer persona is the most critical step in this process. A consumer persona is a detailed description of your ideal consumer. This may include factors such as hobbies, needs, wants, motivations and pains.
The goal here is to create an identity you can constantly look at and understand. This would lead to a better grasp of the market, fine-tuning the product as per the customers need and ultimately higher conversion rates.
